Nancy Jane Farnum is inspired by nature and all of its texture, color & energy.
Paint is mixed with a variety of substances to change the very way it responds to the application. Each layer is then altered, be it by sanding, scraping or troweling, and finished with coats of tinted varnish, wax and stain. Paintings are created on Canadian sourced gallery panel boards, 1.5" thick.
